The first Youth Orchestra, YO Africa, of Uganda has been launched last Sunday at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel. It is being said that all the people who heard the enjoyable notes from instruments performed by pre-teen children, should have experienced the same as focus of the week.
The report found that child stars were there along with children singing groups. However, an orchestra observed by kids was simply dazed for Uganda. Complex symphonies were being played by the children by legendary composers; the father of Wolfgang Mozart, Leopold Mozart, and Beethoven.
It is being said that it was a manifestation to see kids of Uganda showing the violin’s mastery. Since, they looked barely 10-year-old. The kids even shocked viewers by playing flute, Viola and cello, fantastically like seasoned musicians.
However, there were a few faults, but these were to minuscule to be noticed by anyone. The kids were proficiently chaperoned by Evergreen Uganda’s Doctor Maria Park Kim, the report said.
“There is no way I could have missed this. It is beautiful; its music for the soul. What you are doing is a novelty, you need to be supported and encouraged”, in the words of a visibly enchanted Okurut.
